Ethan attended Cedar Badge at Island Park. He had a lot of fun. When we were coming home he looked disappointed. I ask what was the matter and he said, "I didn't want to leave." After I attended Woodbadge I totally understood what he meant. He must have had the same kind of incredible experience that I did. You won't understand until you go yourself.

A day on the S. Fork

We made it!!!

Ethan and his scout troop went on a 100 mile journey in a weeks time. Randy Drake was put in as Scout Leader only a couple of weeks before they went. What an awesome guy. They floated the Ho-Back, Climbed Wolf Mountain, Canoed the Palasade, Fished the S. Fork and biked from Hiese to Lewisville. They ate lots of good food that Uncle John & Chris cooked. Ethan had a ton of fun and was exhausted when he got home. Thanks to all of his leaders that helped.

The Owls! Al, Andy, Enoch, Karen & Me

I attended Woodbadge last month and it was an incredible experience! I learned a lot about myself and how to be a better person and a better leader. I will never forget the friends that I made and the feelings I had while I was there. I gained a stronger testimony of the Scouting program.
